Homer Simpson has been in his fair share of fights, and here, we break down what we can learn, and incorporate into our wrestling, from one of his more intense brawls.

Quarantine got me thinking I could write an Outline for a Wrestling Streaming Series. So I did it. I’ve always maintained that college wrestling, and the specifics of that life style has too much intrigue to not have a spotlight placed on it. On today, the day in which the Michael Jordan Documentary is to be released, I thought I would take a moment to highlight some of the similarities between these two icons of their respective sports. We can all agree, that Jordan’s are awesome.
