This newest model, the Mat Wizard 5, is one of the most awesome looking shoes I’ve seen in a while. Here we explore the build, how it differs from previous iterations of the Mat Wizards, and what you can expect from this tremendous shoe.

Kendall Cross is an Olympic Champion. He is as fun a wrestler as there is to watch and I believe you can learn a lot from watching his fearless approach. Here I break down a couple of things that I notice from some of his biggest matches. I hope you learn something. I sure did.

Oklahoma State had two of the most amazing talents in Basketball and Wrestling this year as true Freshman this season. It’s important that people know that and I wasn’t about to let that get past anyone. This doesn’t happen ever, but it did this year, so enjoy.

I can even remember what the weather was like. There are some things that happen to us where you will never forget where you were and what you were doing when it happened/you found out/someone told you/etc… This is the first installment of something I’m going to try to do more of where I bring in some friends of the sport and we discuss Where We Were When something happened.
