Maryland opened up the weekend with a couple tough road losses to Nebraska and Wisconsin as a heck of a welcome to the Big Ten. 

A little breakdown of the ranked Big Ten guys by weight as the season is picking up steam. A lot of new looks to the weight classes from last year, but it is still loaded in the premier wrestling conference of the land. 

Penn State's home dual at the Bryce-Jordan Center arena is sold out to host Iowa on 2/8/15. It's likely going to set a record as Penn State fills any room they go to. 

Joe Colon won the Bill Farrell Invitational on Sunday, and showed he is a legitimate contender for Rio in 2016. 

Iowa looks to win a National Championship for the first time since 2010 with an impressive top to bottom lineup.

After an impressive 2013 off-season, wrestling (and for the most part beating) the nation's best junior wrestlers, Ben Whitford was set to attend the University of Michigan. He never made it there, and the mystery began before this Sunday when he showed up at the MSU Open wrestling unattached for Muskegon Community College. 

The Ohio State triumvirate of freshmen showed why the hype surrounds them at the Michigan State Open on Sunday. Nathan Tomasello, Bo Jordan, and Kyle Snyder all were impressive.
