In a weekend of very surprising individual results, Doug Welch (Purdue) pulled off the biggest one by defeating #2 James Green (Nebraska).

As expected, Davonte Mahomes is officially out for the season with an ACL tear. He is eligible for a redshirt still though. Michigan faces a  lot of interesting decisions with redshirts as we look beyond this season. 

Juan Adams was clutch again as he led the Keydets of VMI to a 26-18 win over Sacred Heart.
